Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use WallFly, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our commitment
We are committed to making WallFly usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the standards below. Some parts of WallFly do not fully meet them yet, and we are continually improving.
The standards we follow
We aim to conform to:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the international standard for accessible websites
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the US federal standard for accessible technology
What we do to meet them
- We run automated accessibility checks on our pages.
- We test by hand using only a keyboard, and we check what screen readers announce on each page.
- Accessibility checks run automatically on every change before we release it.
- We fix problems people report to us promptly, starting with anything that stops someone from using WallFly.
Accessibility features
- A “Skip to main content” link appears when you first press Tab.
- Everything you can reach with the keyboard shows a clear outline when it has focus, and dialogs return you to where you were when they close.
- Every page has its own title, and moving to a new page announces it.
- Pages work when zoomed to 400% and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels, and text stays readable in both light and dark appearance.
- Choose light or dark appearance under Appearance in your settings, or let WallFly follow your device.
- Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
- In Windows High Contrast and other forced-colour modes, focus outlines, selected items and switches stay visible.
- The PDFs you can download are tagged, so screen readers can move through their headings, lists and tables.
- Press Alt+T to move to messages that pop up at the bottom of the screen.
Browsers and assistive technology
WallFly is designed to work with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox
- The VoiceOver screen reader on Mac and iPhone
- The NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows
The WallFly iPhone app shows the same pages as the website and works with VoiceOver.
Known limitations
Some pages and files we link to are run by other organizations. We don’t control them, so they may not meet the same standards:
- The payment checkout page
- Single sign-on pages run by your organization’s sign-in provider
- The calendar for booking a demo with our team. It opens on our own page, which you can zoom and which tells screen readers it is in English. The calendar itself, run by Zoho, does not say which language it is in. Booking there is optional: you can email sales@getwallfly.com to pick a time instead.
- Some government websites that show meeting video
- Meeting recordings, agendas and other documents that governments publish and we link to
If you need something from one of these in another format, tell us and we will help where we can.
Report a problem or ask for another format
If something on WallFly doesn’t work for you, or you need information in a different format, email support@getwallfly.com. Tell us which page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days.
